Procedure for creating forms using Forms>Auto-load (Area)

You must be using either Mozilla Firefox or Safari on the mac.

Choose the Forms>Auto-load(Area) option in Step 1

Create your form by choosing the options you want

In the Javascript on Submitting the form area, you can put in any javascript you want to enter on submitting your form, you can put in if statements with ”return false;” to prevent the form going through if certain fields are not filled in correctly.

Then click on the Create button.

To test your form


Save your item first of all.

Click on the Activate Click Throughs checkbox.

This will allow you to enter field data and then click on Submit.

Then Click off the Activate Click Throughs checkbox, so that you can position the Image and Close Button Image that appears on submission

Please hold down the shift button and refresh your browser to get the latest version
