Version 10.462 – Self Adjusting Banners Vertically depending on page position – Creation now on iPhone and iPad for iPhone or iPad

Option Starting Point > Click, now has logic built in so that on clicking if banner is at the bottom of page, the starting point area will now automatically appear above the banner. Please output the code to test.
It is now very important to size the starting point area exactly around the content you want to appear.
If not enough space below start area, it will move starting point area equidistant upward above top of start area.

Also most features on the creation platform will work now on the ipad or iphone, so create “on the ipad for the ipad”. Text>Autoload will not work however, if there is a need for creation of this feature to work on the iphone or ipad, let us know and we will make adjustments.

Version 10.460 Starting Point>Accordion now has Horizontal option

It is now possible to make starting points that allow for horizontal sliding in the Accordion expandable format.

Just choose the horizontal radio button following selecting Starting Point>Auto-load Accordion. This is now the first option when setting up your starting point.

Procedure for creating forms using Forms>Auto-load (Area)

You must be using either Mozilla Firefox or Safari on the mac.

Choose the Forms>Auto-load(Area) option in Step 1

Create your form by choosing the options you want

In the Javascript on Submitting the form area, you can put in any javascript you want to enter on submitting your form, you can put in if statements with ”return false;” to prevent the form going through if certain fields are not filled in correctly.

Then click on the Create button.

To test your form

Save your item first of all.

Click on the Activate Click Throughs checkbox.

This will allow you to enter field data and then click on Submit.

Then Click off the Activate Click Throughs checkbox, so that you can position the Image and Close Button Image that appears on submission

Forms>Auto-load(Area)

More detailed form capability now possible, including javascript on submission.

Also entire form can now be dragged in bulk.

Remove item option on doubleclicking an item for removal is now tied in with timeline functionality

Version 10.458 – Additional HTML5 Form fields added

Email, Url, Color, Search form fields added.

Advantages:

Email and URL keyboard adjusts on iphone/ipad to correct keyboard on entering data.

In firefox if email is not entered correctly it will automatically prompt.

Other fields will work if browser has that capability, if not is backward compatible and works as a text field.

To test forms, please check the “Activate Click Throughs” check box before entering field information or clicking submit button or images.

Also please save your banner before testing form items, as if banner is not checked to stay on presentation it will move to your posting page and you may lose your current creation.

Now can have form posting with item remaining on banner, has a new checkbox to allow for this under Forms>Autoload(Area).

Note: To create this kind of form during creation use either Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers, do not use IE.
